In March 2021, Inkblot was strategically acquired by Green Shield Canada, the fourth-largest benefits provider in Canada that is structured as a social enterprise just like Inkblot. We invested in Inkblot because their solution significantly improves access to mental health support, particularly for underserved populations like remote regions or the under-insured. Inkblots’ effectiveness was emphasized during the pandemic when increased digital health adoption and acute mental stress coincided. With GSC behind them, Inkblot dramatically expanded their mental health services to more users to create an even greater impact.
