FUND III

Since launching their enterprise subscription in late January, C.Scale users have set, validated, and reported on carbon targets for over 1M square meters of construction across North America. Onboarded Steph Carlisle, previously at the Carbon Leadership Forum, as their LCA Practice Lead.

Had a record month for both the number of heat pumps installed and the number of times they hit their single-day install target.

Closed their first non-wine account with one of the US’ largest specialty crop growers. Unlocked the first all-farm expansion with a top producer who has now added Lumo to all of their premium vineyards, growing their acreage over 600% YoY.

Completed MVP development and successfully tested their antenna monitoring product with a major European network operator.

Acquired all the datasets critical to creating their own model structure. Their AI & Data team is now fully onboarded and have reproduced top-tier models to validate their hypothesis and create a baseline before training their models.

Contracted and began a project with Southern Company and the Electric Power Research Institute (EPRI) on a third party validation of their AI models for trustworthy usage in mission critical grid applications.

Delivered vehicles to customers through their partnership with one of Africa's leading fintech companies and deployed new swap stations and fast chargers in central Kenya, making them the country's first multimodal charging network.

FUND II

Added $60K in ARR including a leading regenerative cattle ranch and multiple customer expansions. Attended evokeAG 2025, developing partnerships for an Australia expansion and hosted a Net Ecosystem Exchange (NEE) webinar in tandem with the beta launch of their new NEE Measurement System that generated more than 100 leads.

Their Jupiter 3.2 seed tolling machine is now commercially active, with each machine capable of $182K ARR–50% higher capacity than forecasted–resulting in a meaningful improvement in unit economics and the path to profitability. 

Launched reusable meal containers with Shef, a meal delivery company, and launched cups with Stanford Hospital. Hired Hirsh Shah, previously the Chief of Staff at Plenty, to lead Finance.

The Arlo team launched new functionality to unlock larger accounts with more complex document requirements in their loan processing. Introduced capabilities to enter the UK market.

Signed a Master Distribution Agreement with one of the largest producers of HVAC vents in North America, which provides a meaningful opportunity for large growth in H2 2025. Also featured at the AHR Expo, the world’s largest HVACR event.

Doubled their deposit base after raising the annual percentage yield and introduced Milestones, offering bigger rewards the more you ride, pay bills, thrift or charge up with Future.

Completed manufacturing of serial #1 of their HyLoader bulk hydrogen loading system. Closed the company’s first full fiscal year with a healthy net profit.

Executed operational reorganization to go after profitability, cutting spend while keeping key customer support, growth engine, and key product development resources intact.

Installed 695.3 kW of capacity across unused roof spaces at Sagepointe Shopping Center, Victor Valley Town Center, and Brunswick Plaza, CA, servicing over 40 tenants. Released their 2024 Impact Report.

Kicked off two simultaneous pilots with one of the top three global sportswear manufacturers for a total initial value of $285K.

Contracted with three new partners, gaining exposure to over 10 million new utility customers across MI, MA, CT, and NH.

Prepared to launch data center coverage within the Othersphere Explorer tool in March, including continued iteration with their product development partners and announcement of sales partnership with Google through the Cloud Ready - Sustainability program.

Introduced a Multi-Consist feature that allows operators to pre-load all locomotive types before departure–eliminating trip restarts, enhancing user experience, and maximizing efficiency of the fuel savings recommendations.

Reached 12,000 kWh exchanged through one of their BESS systems for a C&I customer. Shipped two additional 0.5MW units.

Accessed the opportunity for a major market share in the global $10B outdoor and sports textile market and a partnership with a leading 3D scanning software company.

FUND I

Progressed a few deals to the final stages of their pipeline. Featured in the San Diego Business Journal for their new 8800 sq. ft. warehouse.

Onboarded a record 3739 buildings, pushing their platform coverage to over 30,000 assets.

Closed a small financing round to continue developing carbon capture operations.

Launched Japan microfactory operations and celebrated their 200 millionth chopstick collected with Marugame Udon.

Expanded with a leading North American owner, developer, and operator of renewable energy assets, bringing their largest onshore wind asset onto the platform.

Signed their second expansion with Diversified Restaurant Group for 121 additional Taco Bell locations, a three-year contract representing an additional $218K ARR.

Achieved Q1 sales targets early. Launched Manifest Compliance, their newest product designed to help ESG professionals, auditors, and consultants navigate evolving regulations.

Launched a study on How to Attract and Retain Shoppers in 2025, revealing key insights into consumer behavior, including spending habits, brand loyalty, and what drives purchasing decisions.

Announced partnerships with Fairmont Royal York to provide complimentary charging amenities for guests and Greystar to power 2500 stations across 136 properties, powering over 1000 residents–one of Washington State's largest multi-family EV charging deployments.
